What is the difference between StableDeck® Plus, StableDeck®, StableWall® Plus and StableWall®?

StableDeck® Plus and StableDeck® are ¾” panels that were designed to excel in Cargo floor applications where specific point load weight causes other inferior panels to fail. StableWall® Plus and StableWall® are used in cargo trailer walls and ceilings where panel appearance, flatness and weight are considerations.

Why is it necessary for the Stable family of Transportation Cargo Panels to be sanded?

The lighter the color of the panels found within a Cargo trailer the brighter the inside of the trailer. Sanding brightens the face of the panels and provides a surface that is consistent in color and more visually appealing than other alternative panels.

In addition, where thickness tolerance is a concern, when sanded, the Stable family of products provides a precision sanded core that can be used in applications requiring preciseness that exceed alternative wood panels such as plywood.
